"...there is always something to do: nights out in Mt. Lookout, music at Party in the Park, running in Ault Park and the theatre & museums Downtown. Cincinnati has become my home; I am purchasing my first house in the coming months & plan on staying in the area for quite some time."

Although Cincinnati is a community of communities, a friendly mesh of easy-going people, and a surprisingly affordable destination, we are also nationally renowned and recognized. Cincinnati generates national buzz and interest through several avenues, including: sports, museums and attractions, and educational institutions. Cincinnati was home to the first professional baseball team, the Cincinnati Reds; however, the city also features NFL action with the Cincinnati Bengals and other sports, such as hockey, tennis, volleyball, and more. Don't forget about our college sports, though. We have some of the top college talent in the nation at Xavier and University of Cincinnati--not to mention, University of Kentucky and University of Louisville are a relatively short drive away.

"I love Cincinnati because of the traditions. We have classic food traditions - 'Cincinnati chili' that tastes so good on a cold winter day, delicious homemade LaRosa’s pizza, and phenomenal French pot Graeter’s ice cream. We have classic sports traditions – the Reds Opening Day game at Great American Ballpark, tailgating at a Bengals game in the winter, and watching a Cincinnati Cyclones game. We have classic annual traditions – ice skating on Fountain Square, the Turkey Day Trot, and the Flying Pig Marathon. It’s a great city filled with so much vibrance, so much community engagement, and so many fantastic traditions that I look forward to participating in every year."
