David Pan, R&D" I think the thing about Cincinnati that makes it feel like home is all of the great people that you meet through P&G and the other large companies in the area.  From my understanding, there are over 900 Cincinnati based P&G employees hired within the past 18 months, so there are a ton of people in the same boat as you looking for people to eat lunch with, play in sports leagues, and just hang out with.  I play in a volleyball league every Tuesday with a group of P&G new hires and we also eat dinner with each other before/after the game.  I also play basketball every Wednesday with P&G new hires and on Thursday with some older P&G’ers who are all very welcoming.  So no matter what you’re looking to do, there are bound to be people who have the same interests within P&G."
